Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
